I joined Anderson Real Estate Sales March 2020 as Realtor. FUN FACT I was the very last test given before the shut down due to the COVID-19 crisis. With that being said my career as an agent started a little different than most.
Prior to Real Estate I was the Banking Service Manager at Rabobank in Oroville Ca. During my tenure there, I helped the company increase customer deposits by building lasting relationships with members of the community by gaining their trust in me and in the company's overall mission. As the Banking Service Manager it was also my job to build a dedicated team to be the front line of the bank to ensure customer satisfaction. In the later part of my career in the banking industry I became familiar with the lending side which led me to become very interested in the housing market and the process that goes along with it.
I currently live in Chico Ca with my better half and our 5 beautiful yet crazy kids. When I am not busy with Real Estate you can find me working on our small little farm on the outside of town. I am learning how to become a master gardener and sometimes feel like a zoo keeper with the animals that we have. I also enjoy planning trips with family and friends. Some of the best memories that I have made have been in Hawaii and Disneyland with some of the best friends and family anyone could ask for.
Since joining Anderson Real Estate Sales the most rewarding part of my job has been building long lasting relationships with my client's. My absolute favorite part of my job is to watch a client walk into a house and turn to me and say “THIS IS THE ONE” . At that time I know it's time for me to go to work and get this deal done.
I believe that Real Estate requires you to be compassionate and caring, being able to listen and understand what your client wants/needs. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investments that we make in life. Sometimes this takes me as an agent being patient with certain clients or sometimes it takes being aggressive to get the job done. The most important part is being able to differentiate between the two. I know that I am able to do that for my clients. One aspect that sets me apart from others is time, I value my clients time and I work on their clock. I make myself available to them no matter the time of day. I will go above and beyond to ensure that I am always available for my clients and their Real Estate needs.
